WTF?

I have gained 10 lbs!

I have no damn idea how this happened. Seriously! I have not been overeating. I am not lying. I may eat fruit or a croissant in the morning, have my main meal at lunch, and eat a light snack in the evening. I don't eat a lot at night because it interferes with my ability to sleep soundly and I wake up ravenous. I got enough problems in the morning.

I thought it was cycle weight, but that has passed and my thighs are still chafing.

This ain't good y'all!
